Remove one page or fifty from any PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail: click the ones to delete, or type them as a range. "Select blank pages" finds empty pages from a scanner or a print-to-PDF job, and "Even" and "Odd" pages are one click each. The pages you keep are copied untouched, with their text, links and form fields intact. Everything happens in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
To delete pages from a PDF, open it in a page remover, select the pages you want gone, and download the file that is left. On ihatepdf you click the page thumbnails or type the page numbers (for example 2, 5-7), use "Select blank pages" to catch empty scans, and download. The file is processed in your browser, never uploaded, and everything on the remaining pages stays as it was.
Some page removers rebuild the whole document, rendering every remaining page again. That can flatten text into images, drop links, and change the file size in either direction. This tool removes the selected pages from the document structure and writes everything else back exactly as it was, so a 200-page contract with three pages removed is still the same contract, with selectable text and working links.
Blank pages come from double-sided scanning of single-sided originals, from documents that print a blank page between sections, and from Word files with a stray page break at the end. The tool checks every page for a text layer and measures how much of the page is ink. A page with no text and less than a quarter of a percent ink is marked blank. Faint scanner noise stays under that line; a page with even a short handwritten note does not, so check the marked pages before deleting.
Use Delete PDF Pages when you only need some pages gone. If you also want to change the order or rotate pages, Organize PDF Pages does all three in one view. To keep only a few pages as a separate file, Split PDF can extract a range instead.
Open the PDF on this page, click the pages you want to remove (or type them, for example 3, 7-9), and press Delete. The remaining pages download as a new PDF. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Press Select blank pages. The tool marks every page that has no text and almost no ink, which catches empty sheets from double-sided scanning and blank pages from print jobs. Check the marked thumbnails, then delete.
Yes. Click as many thumbnails as you like, or type a list of pages and ranges. "10-" deletes from page 10 to the end, and "-3" deletes the first three pages.
No. The pages you keep are copied as they are, without re-rendering or compression, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. The file gets smaller only because the deleted pages are gone.
Yes. The tool works in the browser on Android and iPhone; tap the thumbnails to select pages. No app is needed.
No. The PDF is read and rewritten in your browser and never leaves your device.
Yes. Many tools only unhook a page from the page list and leave its content inside the file, where it can be recovered. Here the deleted pages' text, images and fonts are removed from the file, along with bookmarks, links and form fields that only belonged to them, so the file also gets smaller.
Yes. Type it into "Find pages containing" and press Select. Scanned pages without a text layer cannot be searched; run OCR PDF on them first.
Your original file is not changed. The tool downloads a new copy without the selected pages, so the original is still there if you need it.
