Mirror every page of a PDF about either axis, or both at once. This is a true reflection, not a rotation: the page is reversed as if seen in a mirror, which is what iron-on transfer paper, some screen-printing workflows and certain badly-scanned documents require. Entering a page range mirrors only those and copies everything else across byte-for-byte, which is both faster and safer than splitting the document, flipping a section, and merging it back — a round trip that gives you three chances to lose a page.
